What You'll Do

Connect with Customers

• Help boutique shoppers find timeless pieces they love, and share the story behind our brand.
• Offer styling advice and personalized recommendations.
• Help the team meet (and beat!) sales goals.

Keep Things Looking Fresh

• Set up product displays that reflect our brand’s creative style.
• Help rotate stock for seasonal launches and new collections.

Be the Voice of Our Brand

• Reply to customer emails about returns, exchanges, or general inquiries with clarity and care.
• Capture feedback and help improve the customer experience.

Team Up with Marketing

• Create fun and engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories) to showcase products and promote the boutique.

Stay Organized

• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking and audits.

We’re Looking For…

• Retail sales experience (store or boutique) is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and social media platforms.
• Great communicator, organized, and a natural problem-solver.
• Passionate about fashion, sustainability, and connecting with people.
• Bilingual in English and French? Even better!

Schedule & Details

• Full-time (Monday to Friday)
  Occasional Tuesday-to-Saturday shifts as needed.
  Part-time availability for students may be considered—let’s chat!
