Anne Mulaire is a locally owned boutique and manufacturer in Winnipeg, specializing in high-quality, sustainable fashion. We create eco-friendly garments using ethical practices, serving customers across Manitoba, Canada, and the US.
We are looking for a casual or part-time Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a variety of garments. While we are currently hiring for casual or part-time work, there is potential for a transition to full-time as our team grows.

- Sew bamboo and cotton jersey garments such as jackets, dresses, tops, leggings, pants, and accessories.
- Assemble pre-cut fabric pieces, including pockets, flaps, binding, piping, hoods, sleeves, and linings.
- Inspect fabric pieces before sewing to ensure quality standards.
- Work as part of a collaborative sewing team to meet quality and production goals.
- Maintain health, safety, and company policies in the workplace.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Experience with industrial sewing machines (single needle, serger, mini-serger, cover-stitch, binding machines) is preferred.
- Prior experience in apparel manufacturing is an asset but not required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a good attendance record
