What You'll Do

• Own the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range outlook for ZoomerMedia's television business units 
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis and clear narrative on performance drivers 
• Lead monthly operating reviews with TV business unit leaders to evaluate performance and support achievement of financial targets 
• Partner with business unit heads on programming, content, and distribution decisions from a financial planning perspective 
• Build models and business cases to evaluate new business development and content investment opportunities 
• Support the Controller with preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A for the television segment 
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and systems 
• Provide mentorship and accounting guidance to junior finance staff 
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as directed
• Responsibilities may evolve in line with business needs

What You Have

• CPA designation (or in progress)
• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and presenting financial insights
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of ownership and accountability
