Our in-house expertise in design, pattern making, and textile sourcing, allows us to create highly technical and fashionable outerwear – and more. Our unique capabilities, combined with our network of local manufacturing partners allow us to offer white glove service solutions for various partners needing customized, technical garments.

As Wuxly continues its growth as a leading Canadian outerwear brand, we are searching for a Project Manager to join our team to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects. The Project Manager will focus on managing timelines, coordinating vendor productions and delivery schedules, and ensuring alignment between sales leads and proposal creation. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual capable of working across departments to deliver high-quality results within set deadlines, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and aligned with the project goals.


This is an in-person role, reporting from the Wuxly warehouse + offices, located at 1680 Courtneypark Drive East, Mississauga


What You’ll Get Up To:

· Become subject matter expert and brand ambassador for Wuxly and all Wuxly products

· Develop detailed project plans for brand and capability projects to ensure on-time delivery, adhere to set budgets, and meet defined scopes

· Manage communications and stakeholder engagement for internal team and external partners

· Document procurement details and assist sourcing efforts, organize vendor list

· Evaluate project performance, improve existing business processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

· Lead the design & release of new workflows, enhancements and transformations

· Collaborate with the sales team to align sales leads with project proposals

· Translate sales opportunities into actionable project plans and ensure timely creation of proposals to meet client expectations

· Act as a liaison between the sales and project teams, ensuring that all project proposals are realistic and aligned with internal capabilities and timelines

· Ensure all proposals include accurate project scopes, timelines, and cost estimations

· Additional responsibilities as the role and the candidate evolve


Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on managing timelines and vendor relationships

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

- Proven experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking

- Proficiency in Power BI to create dashboards and generate reports

- Familiarity with utilizing ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing risks and issues

- Experience in industries requiring vendor coordination (e.g., manufacturing, construction, or marketing)

- PMP certification or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High level of accountability
