The Opportunity

The Enterprise Account Executive is the force that powers our next stage of growth. You lead the charge in bringing net-new customers into the business with speed, precision, and meaningful initial value. You identify opportunity early, open doors others can’t, and move decisively from first conversation to closed deal. 

In this role, you’re not just closing deals, you’re architecting the future of our customer base. You pursue high-value opportunities, develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, and translate complex digital advertising capabilities into clear, compelling solutions. You partner with Product & Experience, Client Partnerships & Strategy, Enablement and Campaign Management teams to design deals that are both commercially strong and built for long-term success. Every win you secure sets the foundation for durable partnerships, meaningful outcomes, and sustained growth. 

We’re looking for someone with high agency, deep expertise, and a bias for action. Experience in healthcare advertising—especially pharma HCP and DTC—is a major advantage. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage large potential clients within assigned verticals.
  • Conduct discovery to understand client needs and articulate tailored solutions.
  • Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and pricing recommendations.
  • Lead negotiations through close, maintaining momentum and stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and report on pipeline activity and forecast.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Experience to ensure value proposition consistency.
  • Work with Client Partnerships to ensure accurate scoping and handoff.
  • Partner with Strategy and Product teams to incorporate competitive insights.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry forums. 
  • Other duties consistent with the scope and objectives of the role.. 

Required Skills and Experience  

  • 5-8+ years of experience closing complex, high-value B2B enterprise deals, ideally six- and seven-figures.
  • Recognized as a top-performing sales professional, regularly ranking among the highest achievers in previous roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence multiple senior stakeholders across a sales cycle.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales from prospecting through contract execution.
  • HCP and DTC pharma ad sales experience is prioritized
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Executive presence and incredible storytelling skills with the ability to present technical information in a captivating way.
  • Has the ability to meet customers in person multiple times per week, travel to Toronto once a month, and visit customers all over the US and Canada.
  • Background in digital media, ad tech, programmatic, or pharma/healthcare advertising is a significant plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of Pharma HCP and DTC audience targeting across digital addressable inventory
  • Understanding of the methodologies of tracking prescription lift and metrics most commonly used in pharma campaigns
  • Proven track record succeeding in start-up and founder-led environments
  • Experience in building and launching new products/services while simultaneously driving revenue.
  • Experience applying structured sales methodologies (i.e Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, GAP) to drive results.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (i.e Salesforce, SalesNav, HubSpot, Apollo)


How will you be measured?

  • Revenue Growth | 40% YoY growth rate. You are specifically charged with the net new business growth portion of it.
