What You'll Do

As a key member of our property operations team, you'll keep our portfolio of luxury homes running flawlessly — ensuring every guest arrives to a property that feels perfect.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, homeowners, and internal teams, resolving issues efficiently and to a high standard
  • Handle a broad range of hands-on general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting
  • Perform regular property inspections and walkthroughs to get ahead of issues before they become problems
  • Conduct pre-arrival checks to ensure lighting, heating, appliances, and key home features are all guest-ready
  • Perform routine hot tub servicing and upkeep across our portfolio of homes
  • Support seasonal projects including winterization and summer readiness
  • Coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required
  • Keep accurate records of work orders, completed tasks, and follow-ups
  • Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in organized, working order
  • Work closely with our Dispatch, Coordinators, and Guest Services teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Other duties as required — flexibility keeps our operation running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2+ years in property maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, or a similar trade-based role
  • Skilled across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry — and confident troubleshooting when things don't go to plan
  • A strong communicator who works well independently and collaborates seamlessly with a team
  • Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality workmanship on every job
  • Comfortable with digital work order systems and mobile communication tools
  • Familiar with Whistler and the surrounding area (an asset, but not required)
  • Valid BC driver's license required
  • Flexible and available for evenings (to 8pm), weekends, and on-call shifts as needed

What Success Looks Like

Nothing slips through the cracks. Guests never notice a maintenance issue because you caught it first, homeowners trust that their property is in good hands, and every home you touch is left better than you found it.
