We are hiring a full-time, year-round Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will be a brand ambassador - showcasing our portfolio of premium vacation rentals, exceptional guest offerings and promoting our engaging guest service. You will be supporting the management team and collaborating closely with the Guest Services and Owner Relations teams on communications and to deliver engaging campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a talented marketing professional with a curious mind and passion for storytelling.


What You Will Do


  • Support the management team with the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and daily marketing activities while maintaining branding across all marketing mediums
  • Update, manage and monitor owned and partner channels and maintain current image library and video footage
  • Curate quality content and use creative storytelling for website, blog, social media channels, eDMs, press releases, print and additional marketing assets
  • Take a proactive approach in identifying and showcasing unique offers and stories aligned with campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage reputation and respond to reviews across all channels, including Google Reviews, Airbnb, and Vrbo, efficiently and timely
  • Plan and oversee social media & brand photography and video shoots, media familiarization tours and events
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with agencies, partners, media and influencers
  • Manage multiple projects at one time and work towards tight deadlines
  • Build, analyze and monitor reports on engagement, and revenue and occupancy
  • Support the Guest Services team by responding to guest communication and connecting with guests on chat and phone
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For


  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing Management, Marketing Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline and experience in a marketing role highly regarded
  • A solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems will be seen as desirable
  • Demonstrated experience developing a wide range of marketing communications assets
  • Experienced in managing social media for a business or brand account with an understanding of scheduling, advertising, content generation, and engagement (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Graphic design, photography or videography competency is a big plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and creative storytelling/copywriting
  • Ability to work autonomously and able to prioritize work within a fast-paced business
  • Hyper attentive to details with strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
