At Whistler Cooks, we love feeding people—but behind every great service is a strong, organized support team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Human Resources and Sales teams, helping keep our people, paperwork, and processes running smoothly across multiple venues and business lines.

Hourly Rate includes equal share of tip pool
In This Role, You Will:
HR Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff (paperwork, tracking, filing)
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Track certifications (FoodSafe, Serving It Right, Work Permits, etc.)
- Assist with scheduling, training records, and internal communications
- Support HR compliance and documentation across multiple venues
Sales & Admin Support
- Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts, and client documentation
- Manage incoming inquiries and route them appropriately
- Maintain and update CRM systems, client lists, and sales trackers
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for leadership
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and basic financial tracking as required
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal follow-ups
Office Administration
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
- Order office supplies and assist with general office coordination
- Act as a key point of contact between operations, HR, and sales teams
You Will Need:
- 1–3 years experience in an administrative, HR support, or office role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Sheets, Docs)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional discretion when handling sensitive information
- Valid Canadian work permit or Canadian citizenship
Nice to Have (but Not Required):
- Experience supporting HR or sales teams
- Familiarity with payroll, scheduling, or HRIS systems
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or service-based industries
