Growth Automation Engineer (Sales) Intern

As a startup, Vessel has already empowered fund managers to secure hundreds of millions of dollars through our platform, demonstrating our commitment to innovation and efficiency in private markets. Looking ahead, Vessel has an ambitious product roadmap.
Vessel was built by former private market investors and fund managers (from firms such as Inovia Capital, Teralys Capital and Power Sustainable) that have been very successful at fundraising and managing investor relations. Our mission is to make investing in private funds easy (almost as easy as investing in a stock on Wealthsimple) and make fundraising less painful. We’re a white-label SaaS platform for fund managers and investor relations teams to wow investors and manage all parts of the relationship with investors, from marketing an investment opportunity to onboarding investors, and sharing updates and financial reports.
Vessel has already helped fund managers close millions of dollars, grown significantly since last year and signed some of the most well-established fund managers in the industry.

The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Automation Engineer Intern who loves to build, automate, and scale. You’ll work at the intersection of data, growth, and systems - building the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine.
You’ll help us design, test, and optimize workflows that connect tools like Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, and Claude code, ensuring our team moves faster, reaches the right people, and turns insights into action.

What you’ll do
- Design and launch automations that make sales processes smarter, faster, and more scalable.
- Connect tools like Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, Claude code, and n8n to enrich leads, route data, and trigger actions automatically.
- Build dashboards and reports that make performance visible and actionable.
- Experiment with AI and APIs to automate research, prospecting, and data enrichment.
- Standardize and document processes so that what you build can be scaled across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to unlock new efficiencies across the customer journey.
