VEERUM is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, events, digital marketing, sales enablement, and day-to-day marketing operations. This is a role for someone who loves marketing, gets excited by new technology, and wants more than a narrow lane. You will work across campaign coordination, event execution, social media, CRM support, sales collateral, email marketing, webinars, and internal marketing operations. You will also get exposure to the bigger picture of how marketing supports pipeline, positioning, and growth.

 

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with sales, product, and external partners.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, webinar, and event channels
  • Schedule, publish, and track social media content and campaign performance
  • Assist with email marketing, including campaign builds, audience segmentation, list management, and reporting
  • Coordinate webinars, tradeshows, industry events, and marketing initiatives from planning through follow-up
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets, templates, campaign materials, go-to-market messaging, and sales enablement content
  • Support the sales team with presentation updates, proposal formatting, event coordination, and marketing collateral
  • Help maintain CRM data quality, segmentation, and contact organization
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, contractors, and partners supporting marketing initiatives
  • Respond to internal marketing requests across teams and help keep work moving
  • Support operational marketing needs such as swag ordering, business cards, branded materials, and template upkeep
  • Jump into new projects as priorities shift and help wherever the team needs strong execution

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content publishing, social media scheduling, webinars, events, or sales enablement
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms - Current stack includes HubSpot, Salesforce, Unbounce, Gravity Forms, Wistia, Asana, Google Workspace
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Forms
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Affinity, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball
  • Comfort supporting both marketing and sales in a fast-moving environment
  • A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for follow-through
  • Clear interest in new, novel, and transformational technologies
  • Willingness to work across many different areas of marketing and shift focus when priorities change
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an asset, but equivalent practical experience absolutely counts
  • Evidence that you’ve built something, contributed to something, or taken initiative somewhere - This could include school projects, volunteer work, internships, clubs, freelance work, content creation, or personal projects
