Outbound Business Development Representative 

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base by leveraging predictable channels. This role is crucial in helping us scale our pipeline and achieve our growth objectives.

We apply this science to help Revenue Architects and RevOps team discover their go-to-market fit, construct a predictable growth engine, and scale 10x faster.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers through various outbound channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct research to gather insights about prospects and tailor outreach efforts to their specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Vasco’s products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outbound strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Track and manage all activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is based in Montreal, Canada.

  • This role requires working 4 days a week from the office
