Role Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Success Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in configuring and implementing our solutions to help our clients understand their business needs, visualize modifications, and grow their revenue operations (RevOps) and architecture. The ideal candidate is someone deeply knowledgeable in HubSpot, with a passion for RevOps and Revenue Architecture, and possesses strong project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Vasco solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Guide clients from understanding their business requirements to going live with tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on the best practices of RevOps and Revenue Architecture, leveraging Hubspot and Vasco tools.
  • Manage the implementation process, ensuring attention to detail and effective project management.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to visualize and make necessary modifications to their revenue systems.
  • Share insights and contribute to the evolution of Vasco's platform based on client feedback and industry trends.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in using HubSpot for business applications.
  • Demonstrated passion and experience in RevOps and Revenue Architecture.
  • Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent independent working capabilities and self-driven attitude.
  • Relevant certifications in the field are preferred.
