Project Coordinator (Fly-In/Fly-Out – Prince Rupert)
Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. (VanPile), a proud member of the Carlson Construction Group, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on a high-impact project in Prince Rupert.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced site environment where your contributions will directly support project success. This fly-in/fly-out role follows a two-week-on, one-week-off rotation, with full accommodation and travel covered for the duration of a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications to support execution
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor project financial performance
- Establish and maintain project cost codes
- Support field teams with construction procedures and best practices
- Coordinate subcontractors and assist with procurement and documentation
- Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil or construction projects
- Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Civil Technology
- Strong understanding of cost control, estimating, and scheduling practices
- Proficiency with Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project
- Experience working in a site-based or rotational role is an asset
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow

Compensation
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year
The final salary will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, internal equity, and Carlson Construction Group’s compensation framework.
