What You’ll Do
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and daily workflow to ensure time is invested where it matters most.
- Oversee inbox management — triaging emails, drafting responses, and ensuring follow‑through.
- Act as a thoughtful gatekeeper, balancing access with relationship‑building.
- Prepare briefing notes, talking points, research, and meeting prep materials.
- Reconcile credit cards and manage executive expenses.
- Handle confidential information with exceptional discretion and professionalism.
Leadership, Board & Governance Support
- Support the Executive Team and Advisory Board with scheduling, travel, reporting, and meeting coordination.
- Serve as Corporate Secretary for the Advisory Board — preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, ensuring governance compliance, and drafting confidential minutes.
- Attend leadership and board meetings to capture minutes, track commitments, and support action items.
Communication & Information Management
- Draft polished internal and external communications, presentations, and reports.
- Manage document flow and signature processes, including liaison with legal counsel.
- Maintain organized, intuitive digital and physical filing systems.
Operations, Events & Client Relations
- Coordinate meetings, events, and special functions (catering, materials, technology, venues).
- Build positive relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Assist with proposals, marketing content, and presentations.
- Keep databases and contact lists updated and accurate.
- Support HR with Company Events and Engagement Initiative
Culture, Rhythm & Special Projects
- Be a culture champion by creating a warm, welcoming environment for employees and guests.
- Support CEO‑led initiatives, special projects, and company‑wide events.
- Help maintain organizational rhythm by ensuring follow‑through on priorities.

What We Offer
- Salary: $70,000 – $85,000
