The Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, highly organized Operations Administrator to support our construction operations in North Vancouver. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate documentation, smooth information flow, and coordinated support across our operations team.
Working closely with Operations Managers, Superintendents, field teams, and Support Services, you will help maintain the administrative backbone that keeps our projects on track and running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Administration & Coordination
- Provide daily administrative support to Operations Managers and field leadership.
- Assist with project setup, document distribution, and workflow coordination.
- Coordinate payroll documentation (new hires, terminations, rate adjustments
- Review, format and issue documents to external clients
Documentation & Records Management
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage document control processes—drawing revisions, permits, transmittals, and version accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory documentation standards.
Procurement & Subcontractor Support
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions.
- Support subcontractor documentation and coordination.
Financial & Cost Administration
- Enter, code, and reconcile:
- Ensure all field timecards are accurately completed and submitted on schedule.
- client invoices
- internal equipment usage reports

Candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong, accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting and proofreading abilities
- Ability to create and compile PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Professional
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or project management software is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
