Are you a highly motivated and dynamic Heavy Duty (HD) Mechanic? Do you thrive on the challenge of repairing and maintaining complex heavy-duty mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of equipment, trucks, and cranes? What You’ll Do:

As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:

  • Repairing, troubleshooting, overhauling, and maintaining heavy-duty mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of equipment, specifically crawler cranes (Manitowoc, Liebherr, Kobelco)
  • Adjusting equipment and repairing/replacing defective parts, components, or systems using hand and power tools.
  • Documenting services when necessary to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Position Details:

  • Location: North Vancouver

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience with Manitowoc Crawler Cranes

- A Red Seal, HD Mechanic Journeyman Ticket.

- Extensive mechanical knowledge, especially with various engines.

- Experience working on lattice boom crawler cranes (100-to-400-ton range) is a valuable asset.

- The ability to diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment.

- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.

- Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.

- A high degree of independent judgment.

- Proficiency in using computers for daily maintenance records, timecards, and reporting.

- A valid driver’s license.
