About the Role:

We are a B2B lighting manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Design Intern with strong skills in information design, layout, and typography. This role focuses on transforming technical product information into clear, professional marketing materials across print and digital platforms. This role prioritizes clarity, structure, and accuracy, while still delivering clean, modern, visually strong design. You will contribute to real, customer-facing materials used by sales teams, distributors, and specifiers.


Scope of Work

  • Brochures and multi-page layouts
  • Sell sheets, spec sheets, and packaging design, & design automation
  • Social media graphics and templates
  • Website graphics and UI layouts
  • Presentation decks and slide templates
  • Email graphics and promotional materials
  • Trade show and print collateral
  • Short-form marketing videos (social, product highlights, promotional content)


You may also:

  • Prepare print-ready files (bleed, trim, resolution, packaging)
  • Coordinate with printers and promotional vendors
  • Support production timelines for printed materials

  • When given a scope of work, all required elements should be addressed before submission.
  • Revisions are part of the process — incomplete execution is not.

  • Strong written and spoken English is required.
  • You must be able to proofread grammar and sentence structure.
  • You must be comfortable refining content for clarity and professionalism.


Information Design and Layout Strength

  • Strong typography

Technical Skills

Required

  • Adobe InDesign
