Summer Student Job Opportunity - Leasing Professional

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Summer Student – Leasing Professional to support our leasing team during our busy summer season (May-August). This role is ideal for students interested in real estate, property management, sales, or customer service who want hands-on professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries (in person, phone, and email)
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units
• Support lease administration, including applications and documentation
• Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as updating listings and social media content
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Perform general administrative and office support duties as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college or university (or returning in the fall)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
• Comfortable using computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous customer service, sales, or office experience is an asset but not required
