UX/ UI Design Lead

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Design Lead, with Product experience for our Toronto Location! Someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and take lead on all things Product Design!

Skills needed to be successful:

• Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Good understanding of behavioural psychology and its application to product design
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions
• Good understanding of mobile and responsive design
• Ability to solve problems while considering timeliness, and practicality of implementation details
• Ability to perform user research and analysis
• Ability to understand the workflow, needs, and motivations of sales and customer success professionals
• Ability to analyze and define navigation flows and data layouts
• Possess strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration skills

Things you will be doing:

• Develop an understanding of user realities and needs through direct research, data analysis, and interaction with sales and customer success teams
• Design and develop user journeys, wires, and mockups
• Participate in product discussions with the product teams, users, and customer success teams to gather feedback and refine approaches
• Work in an agile environment, delivering incremental product functionality in short iterations

Qualifications We Look For:

• 4+ years of UX design experience
• Experience in a product design and development organization, ideally in a B2B environment
• Experience working with users, product owners, customer success, and development teams
• Experience with developing, and analyzing feedback on, high-fidelity product mocks
• Passion for developing amazingly intuitive and fun products
