We’re looking for a high-energy Sales & Merchandising Representative to own and grow an assigned territory in Ontario.

This role is for: selling + hands-on in-store execution.

What You’ll Own:

Territory Sales & Distribution

·        Manage and grow sales within assigned retail accounts.

·        Expand distribution and increase shelf facings.

·        Present and sell promotions, displays, and programs.

·        Negotiate within established pricing and trade guidelines.

·        Build strong relationships with store managers and department leads.

In-Store Execution

·        Personally execute merchandising in priority accounts.

·        Ensure planogram compliance and brand standards.

·        Reduce out-of-stocks through proactive inventory management.

·        Support product launches, resets, and promotional displays.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

·        Track sales and execution metrics.

·        Submit timely reports and in-store photos using CRM/mobile tools.

·        Report competitive activity, pricing changes, and emerging trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·        Partner with National and Key Account Managers.

·        Work closely with marketing and distribution teams.

·        Share real-time field insights to help shape strategy.

What Success Looks Like:

·        Increased distribution across new & priority banners.

·        Improved shelf positioning and display execution.

·        Reduced out-of-stocks.

·        Territory sales growth vs. plan.

·        Strong retail relationships and repeat placements.


Qualifications:

·        2+ years in CPG sales, retail, or territory management.

·        Comfortable selling and executing in-store merchandising.

·        Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

·        Highly organized and self-directed.

·        Ability to analyze sales data and spot growth opportunities.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·        Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within territory.

·        Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform merchandising tasks.

This role is primarily field-based. Expect frequent travel within your territory.

Hiring Range:

$60,000 – $90,000 per year + Car Allowance + Mileage
