What You’ll Do

🔹 Create Opportunities (Not Just Take Orders)

  • Call and follow up with:
    • Existing TELUS customers
    • Renewal and upgrade opportunities
    • Internet-eligible households
    • Previous quotes and missed opportunities
  • Track your activity and results

Compensation

  • Base wage + uncapped commission
  • Earn on:
    • Activations & renewals
    • TELUS Internet (priority focus)
    • Accessories & protection

👉 Typical monthly commission: $1,000 – $2,500+
👉 Typical earnings: $50,000 – $65,000
👉 Top performers: $70,000 – $80,000+

  • You have telecom sales experience or proven success in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
  • You’re comfortable talking to customers in person and on the phone
  • You understand that sales = conversations + follow-up
  • You want to earn based on performance
  • You’re coachable, competitive, and bring good energy to the team
  • You take ownership of your results

Telecom experience is an asset — but not required for the right person.
