What You’ll Do
🔹 Proactive Sales & Follow-Up
- Call and follow up with:
- Existing TELUS customers
- Renewal and upgrade opportunities
- Internet-eligible households
- Previous quotes and missed opportunities
- Track your activity and results
👉 This is part of the role — not optional
🔹 In-Store Sales Execution
- Greet and guide customers with confidence
- Diagnose needs and recommend complete solutions
- Sell mobility, accessories, protection, and TELUS Internet
- Take control of the sale from start to finish
🔹 Cross-Sell & Earn More
- Introduce TELUS Internet to eligible customers
- Present accessories and protection every time
- Maximize value for the customer — and your commission
Compensation
- Base wage + uncapped commission
- Earn on:
- Activations & renewals
- TELUS Internet (priority focus)
- Accessories & protection
👉 Typical monthly commission: $1,000 – $2,500+ based on performance
👉 Typical earnings: $50,000 – $65,000
👉 Top performers: $70,000 – $80,000+
(Top reps earn more by creating their own opportunities — not waiting for them)

You consistently:
- Generate activations and renewals
- Attach accessories and Internet
- Follow up and create your own sales opportunities
- Hit personal sales and activity targets
- Improve through coaching and repetition

Who This Role Is Built For
- You have telecom sales experience (TELUS, Rogers, Bell, etc.) or similar high-performance retail sales experience
- You are comfortable talking to customers in person and on the phone
- You understand that sales includes follow-up and outbound activity
- You want to earn commission based on what you produce
- You are coachable and open to feedback
- You take ownership of your results
