What You’ll Do

🔹 Proactive Sales & Follow-Up

  • Call and follow up with:
    • Existing TELUS customers
    • Renewal and upgrade opportunities
    • Internet-eligible households
    • Previous quotes and missed opportunities
  • Track your activity and results

👉 This is part of the role — not optional


🔹 In-Store Sales Execution

  • Greet and guide customers with confidence
  • Diagnose needs and recommend complete solutions
  • Sell mobility, accessories, protection, and TELUS Internet
  • Take control of the sale from start to finish


🔹 Cross-Sell & Earn More

  • Introduce TELUS Internet to eligible customers
  • Present accessories and protection every time
  • Maximize value for the customer — and your commission


Compensation

  • Base wage + uncapped commission
  • Earn on:
    • Activations & renewals
    • TELUS Internet (priority focus)
    • Accessories & protection

👉 Typical monthly commission: $1,000 – $2,500+ based on performance
👉 Typical earnings: $50,000 – $65,000
👉 Top performers: $70,000 – $80,000+

(Top reps earn more by creating their own opportunities — not waiting for them)

You consistently:

  • Generate activations and renewals
  • Attach accessories and Internet
  • Follow up and create your own sales opportunities
  • Hit personal sales and activity targets
  • Improve through coaching and repetition

Who This Role Is Built For

  • You have telecom sales experience (TELUS, Rogers, Bell, etc.) or similar high-performance retail sales experience
  • You are comfortable talking to customers in person and on the phone
  • You understand that sales includes follow-up and outbound activity
  • You want to earn commission based on what you produce
  • You are coachable and open to feedback
  • You take ownership of your results
