We are hiring a Store Manager (Store Execution Leader) to take full ownership of a TELUS retail location.

This is a performance-driven leadership role for someone with Telecom experience who wants real responsibility, real autonomy, and real earning potential.

You are not here to “manage shifts.”
You are here to run the store and deliver results.

What You’ll Own

• Weekly store sales performance (activations, renewals, revenue)
• Daily execution on the sales floor
• Team coaching, accountability, and performance management
• Lead follow-up and conversion discipline
• Store operations (inventory, merchandising, opening/closing)
• Clear, professional communication with ownership

What Success Looks Like

• The store consistently hits weekly targets
• The team follows a structured, professional sales process
• Under-performance is addressed quickly and directly
• You operate independently — without needing to be chased

Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000
• Monthly performance bonus tied to store results
• Quarterly performance accelerator bonus
• 90-day on-boarding bonus guarantee (based on activity standards)

👉 Typical monthly bonus ranges from $1,000–$3,500 based on store performance

On-target earnings: $70,000 – $85,000
Top performers: $90,000 – $100,000+
