We’re hiring a Store Manager (Store Execution Leader) to take full ownership of a TELUS retail location.
This is a performance-driven leadership role for someone who wants more than just a job —

What You’ll Own
- Weekly store sales performance (activations, renewals, revenue)
- Daily execution on the sales floor
- Team coaching, accountability, and performance management
- Lead follow-up and conversion discipline
- Store operations (inventory, merchandising, opening/closing)
- Clear, professional communication with ownership

- The store consistently hits — and pushes past — weekly targets
- The team is engaged, competitive, and having fun winning
- Sales are structured, professional, and repeatable
- Under-performance is handled quickly and respectfully
- You operate independently — and take pride in it
Compensation
- Base salary: $45,000 – $60,000
- Monthly performance bonus tied to store results
- Quarterly accelerator bonus
- 90-day on-boarding bonus guarantee
- Typical monthly bonus: $1,000–$3,500
- On-target earnings: $60,000 – $80,000
- Top performers: $90,000 – $100,000+

Who This Role Is Built For
- You have Telecom retail experience (TELUS, Rogers, Bell, etc.)
- You’ve led a team and understand store-level performance
- You know how to push for results without killing morale

Important
This is not an entry-level role.
Telecom experience is preferred — but not required for the right person.
