About This Role

We are not hiring a traditional retail manager.

We are hiring a Store Manager / Store Execution Leader — someone who takes full ownership of store results, enforces standards, and runs a disciplined operation without constant oversight.

Internally, we refer to this role as a Store Execution Leader. That means this is an execution-first leadership role, not a “culture-only” or “senior salesperson” position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Owning weekly store sales and performance results
  • Leading daily execution on the sales floor
  • Holding team members accountable to clear standards
  • Running clean store operations (open/close, inventory, presentation)
  • Coaching performance and correcting issues in real time
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with senior leadership
  • Escalating issues early — with proposed solutions

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • You own the weekly number without being chased
  • The store runs with structure and consistency
  • Underperformance is addressed directly and professionally
  • Leadership hears solutions, not surprises
  • The team knows exactly what’s expected — and delivers

Experience & Skills

  • Leadership or management experience required
  • Retail or sales leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to coach, correct, and lead people
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort working in a performance-driven environment
