This role combines in-store sales excellence with proactive outbound selling.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Proactive Sales & Outbound Activity

  • Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to:
    • Existing TELUS customers
    • Renewal and upgrade opportunities
    • Internet-eligible customers
    • Previous quotes and missed opportunities
  • Log activity and results accurately

Outbound selling is part of the job — not an add-on.

🔹 In-Store Sales Execution

  • Greet and guide walk-in customers with confidence
  • Diagnose needs and recommend complete solutions
  • Sell mobility, accessories, protection, and TELUS Internet
  • Control the sales process from greeting to close

No rushing. No order-taking. No chaos.

🔹 Cross-Sell & Attach Discipline

  • Confidently introduce TELUS Internet to eligible customers
  • Present accessories and protection as part of every solution
  • Maximize value for the customer — and commission for yourself

What Success Looks Like

You consistently:

  • Generate activations and renewals
  • Attach accessories, features, and Internet
  • Create your own opportunities through follow-up
  • Hit personal sales and activity targets
  • Take coaching well and improve quickly

What This Role Is NOT

This is not a fit if you:

  • Prefer to wait for foot traffic
  • Avoid phone calls or follow-ups
  • Only sell what customers ask for
  • Need constant supervision to stay productive

Compensation & Commission

This role offers a competitive base wage plus uncapped commission.

Commission is earned on:

  • Mobility activations and renewals
  • TELUS Internet activations (priority focus)
  • Accessories and protection
  • Sales generated through outbound follow-up and proactive calls

Reps who take initiative, follow up consistently, and sell complete solutions earn significantly more than those who rely only on walk-in traffic.

This is a performance-driven role — commission reflects execution.
