What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and adolescents and their parents 
• Support children with ADHD, autism, anxiety, sensory processing challenges, and motor development needs 
• Collaborate with families and professionals across disciplines to deliver integrated, client-centred care 
• Engage in mentorship and reflective practice as you grow into independent clinical work

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Master’s in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (or eligibility).
• Proof of professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Interest in pediatric practice, with motivation to build expertise in self-regulation, sensory processing, and motor development.
• Collaborative spirit, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Pediatric experience is an asset, but not required - this role is built to support new grads through structured mentorship.

Role Details

Type: Contract (Independent Consultant)

Reports to: Director of Occupational Therapy

Location: The Red Oak Centre, Spadina & St. Clair

Hours: Weekday, evening, and weekend availability at a higher compensation rate

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates commensurate with experience, including compensation for therapeutic services and collaboration with the client’s circle of care
