The Role:

North Star: The Strategy Intern is a brilliant, culturally plugged-in thinker who will be collaborating on the research, and strategist planning for our clients. Working with the strategy team, you will contribute to the progressive and audacious work out agency creates.


  • Leading the charge of our research to uncover compelling human, marketplace, industry facts and trends
  • Develop research plans that deliver both qualitative and quantitative results
  • Direct the team on research tasks and support them to deliver the best results
  • Translate what’s happening culturally into revealing insights and creative thought starters
  • Distilling that research into informative insights that will inspire idea-centric strategies
  • Help to develop & present informative and inspiring reports on emerging trends and technology along with shifting consumer perceptions and priorities
  • Play an active role in the development of creative briefs that drive strong creative work
  • Support the team in stakeholder interviews, workshops and brainstorms and communicate the key takeaways back to the rest of the team
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to support the creative process
  • Multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with appropriate team members
  • Support teammates and account lead on strategic, creative, and production projects as required
  • Promote continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence and accountability

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

  • A culture creature and digital native with a wealth of understanding of the trends shaping consumer behavior today and in the future
  • Collaborator in mind and heart working well to inspire creative excellence
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Strong design and Google Slides proficiency
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, whether in writing, presentation, or speaking
  • Ability to think analytically and synthesize large amounts of information to quickly and efficiently identify what is salient and what is non-essential
  • Strong research capabilities
  • Fully fluent in English; other languages considered a plus
