Our Social Impact Team is currently seeking a Program Manager based remotely in  Canada.


The Program Manager is responsible for managing our post-secondary academic & social impact portfolio at scale, including annual program strategy and execution, quantitative and qualitative reporting, content creation, building and hosting webinars, and being the first point of contact for 120+ program administrators. 


The Program Manager will define program management strategies, objectives, and tactics while developing a deep understanding of customer goals and driving key outcomes. The Program Manager will innovate on our low-touch, “one-to-many” implementation and ongoing support model, minimizing one-to-one support while maintaining a high quality of service and program success. 


The Program Manager provides thought leadership by developing content, presentations, webinars, case studies, and contests to captivate administrators and end users to drive engagement and program growth. 


What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement segment program strategies that drive program adoption, member engagement and outcomes, and client retention at scale for our Social Impact partners.
  • Create and execute innovative marketing initiatives, including webinars, administrator and end user resources, contests, member success stories, and resource hubs.
  • Test, iterate, and document low-touch implementation and support models, collaborating with the broader Customer Success team.
  • Analyze program performance using quantitative data, collaborate on reports and dashboards, and proactively adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Act as first point of contact for 120+ Social Impact clients, including administrator training and help sessions, and 1:1 as needed.


What you’ll bring

  • This role covers a great breadth of responsibilities. It allows great autonomy and therefore requires exceptional time management skills, prioritization skills, ability to manage up effectively and take initiative.
  • Experience with one or more of: start-up, scale up, SaaS company.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with sales, prospect demos, and managing contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Experience implementing SaaS products for new clients.
  • Nice to have: experience working in/with  post-secondary institutions/early talent, and/or not-for-profits like entrepreneurship centers/newcomers to Canada organizations.


The base salary for this role is: CA$80,000 - CA$120,000
