The Role


Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC) is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about storytelling and building a brand to continue to drive us forward in the growing talent experience space. In this role, you'll join a high performing marketing team, working cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teammates to design engaging programs for prospects and customers.


As a 10KC Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the product marketing strategy of the 10KC platform with the main objective of driving customer awareness and adoption as part of the global marketing team. As a product expert, you will bring to the forefront a deep empathy and understanding of the buyer which will enable our sales and customer success teams to win. You will manage the 10KC product positioning and communicate it to the appropriate stakeholders on our communication channels. Are you a Solution-oriented self starter, open to adjusting tactics and executing in a rapidly changing work environment? We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more.


What you’ll do

  • Define and maintain the messaging & positioning of core product capabilities, solution and features
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure internal product launch readiness and enablement around releases
  • Own the development of customer-facing marketing assets to support product storytelling to articulate the benefits of the 10KC platform
  • Support the continued evolution and development of the 10KC messaging and positioning
  • Support the enablement of our sales and customer teams around the product, the market, and our customers
  • Create and manage research projects to better understand current market trends, the broader competitive landscape, and key differentiation

What you’ll bring

  • 4 -7 years PMM experience in a B2B SaaS environment, within the HR tech space a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to research, understand, and have empathy for customers
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities conducting and interpreting quantitative data
  • Experience in a high growth startup to scaleup environment
  • Experience in Enterprise or Mid Market B2B software selling to a senior buyer in Human Resources/L&D a plus
