  • Do your best work when the brief is loose. Take big swings, move fast, make decisions, and know when you're done.
  • Raise the energy, manage and mentor a small team, set the creative bar, and still ship the work yourself.
  • Excel by seeking professional and personal hypergrowth and keep up with an unrelenting pace (the week, not the quarter) that brings complexity – and a little bit of chaos.
  • Embody resiliency and resourcefulness in face of ambiguity and thrive on (rather than endure) change.
  • Are a project finisher, the person who always led group projects in school, making sure everything got done really well.
