ABOUT THE ROLE
We are shifting from being the expert to becoming the host, media-style brands that spotlight
credible voices, customer stories, and well-researched insights. We’re looking for a Social
Media Manager who can build and run multiple content pipelines, create social-first video, and
produce one meaningful editorial piece per month. This role is for someone who can research, write, produce, and collaborate - not just post.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will manage seven ongoing content streams:
1. Expert Content (HCPs)
● Source and manage healthcare creators
● Produce interviews, explainers, and FAQ clips
2. Customer & Ambassador Stories
● Find and source real customer experiences
● Build credibility through storytelling
3. Editorial Content (Research + Writing)
● Research and write one editorial per month with support from brand managers
● Translate new studies, trends, and real customer experiences into engaging social
content, ensuring brands have timely, informed point of view on emerging topics.
4. Everyday Content
● Keep feeds active with low-lift, timely posts and tips
5. Human-First Videos
● Be on camera as face of both brands
● Create short, platform-native videos with strong hooks
6. Influencer Collaborations
● Identify and manage aligned creators and partnerships
7. Brand Partnerships
● With support of brand managers, build cross-brand initiatives that expand reach and
community with non-paid efforts
WHO YOU ARE
You thrive in the intersection of social media, storytelling, and health. You are:
● A strong storyteller who can simplify complex topics
● A Content Producer — ideas → scripts → shoots → edits
● Confident writing and researching health-related themes
● Comfortable on camera and can speak with good authority on health topics
● A Curator, knows which voices to elevate
● Understands TikTok/Reels behavior and trend adoption
● Relationship builder: Loves collaborating with experts, customers, and partners
● Can take an idea from concept → script → publish
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
● 4+ years in social media, video content, journalism, or digital storytelling
● Skilled in creating and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using
lightweight editing platforms like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, or comparable
tools.
● Proven examples of short-form video content
● Strong writing and research ability
● Experience working with creators or influencers
