Front End Developer

In this role, you will contribute to the team’s successes, hone skills and be challenged to grow your career in new and innovative ways.

You will work on websites for the company’s internal and external customers while adhering to corporate standards. You will help implement designs, web page layouts, graphics, color schemes and infrastructure to maintain a cohesive website based on the organization's communications strategies and goals. Researches and evaluates new related technologies.

You must exhibit outstanding technical and traditional communication skills and be able to develop strong rapport with team members, stakeholders and internal customers. Ideal candidate will be an excellent team player with very good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively and interact with employees at all levels

You will work with leadership, development and design team members to deploy system requirements and other aspects of web development. 

You must be flexible with an outstanding work ethic and possess the ability to respond quickly to company and client needs in a sometimes-high-pressure environment. Strong customer service skills and ability to manage more than one project and to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously are a must. 

You will offer some solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. You will rely on judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A fair degree of critical thinking and latitude is expected. 

You will stay current with web trends and provide innovative web solutions while staying within budget and meeting schedule milestones. 

Candidate must be willing to work overtime as needed.
