Position Overview

The Client Assistant role at Summit is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for client service and support, and it plays a pivotal part in our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. This position is instrumental in assisting and supporting our Account Managers and the Account Management and Customer Success functions as a whole.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers, ensuring efficient handling of client accounts.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of client files and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for Account Managers.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and Account Managers, ensuring that all client requests and questions are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Support the team in client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to assist in client interactions.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to address client needs and contribute to project completion.
  • Manage and organize client-related data and correspondence efficiently.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a support role, preferably within a client service or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, with an ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with Hubspot or Acturis is an asset.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certifications in business, administration, or related fields are a plus.
  • Level 1 Insurance License or willing to achieve within the first 30 days of employment.

The compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
