What You’ll Do

  • Become the master of service requests, whether they come in by phone, email, or online.
  • Channel your inner detective to gather all the juicy details about the request, from location to urgency.
  • Play matchmaker and assign our field technicians to the perfect service calls, considering their skills, location, and availability.
  • Craft daily schedules and routes that would make even the most efficient GPS jealous, ensuring our technicians zip around town like service superheroes.
  • Be the ultimate communicator, keeping our technicians in the loop with all the info they need for each service call.
  • Provide real-time support to our field warriors, tackling any unexpected hurdles or changes with lightning-fast reflexes.
  • Put your charm to work and keep our clients in the loop, confirming appointments, updating them on technician arrival times, and answering any burning questions they may have.
  • Make sure our technicians are armed to the teeth with all the equipment and knowledge about a job that they need to successfully complete it. 
  • Keep our records squeaky clean, documenting every dispatched task, technician assignment, and completed service with precision.
  • Embrace the unexpected and tackle challenges head-on, finding clever solutions to keep our service delivery running smoother than silk.
  • Join forces with the team to hunt down opportunities for process improvement and take our service game to the next level!


What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience as a Service Dispatcher, Service Coordinator, Scheduling Administrator, or in a similar role requiring coordination and scheduling.
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
  • Experience with industry software such as Service Trade, or similar.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software such as Google Worksuite


Wage

$24 - $30/hr
