· Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
· Proficiency in using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, for sales tracking and management.
Nice to Have Requirements:
· Startup or high-growth technology environment experience.

· Secure key government and defence contracts contributing directly to revenue growth.
· Establish strong, lasting relationships with industry stakeholders, positioning Solace Power as a trusted partner in emerging aerospace technologies.
Why Join Us:
· Be part of a company that is redefining wireless power technology.
· Work in a collaborative and innovative environment that values courage, teamwork, fun, and diverse perspectives.
· We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including participation in a GRRSP and employee stock option plan.
Note on Qualifications and Experience: Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies show that equity-priority individuals are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Solace Power, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. So, if you are excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.
Successful candidates may be required to complete reference and background checks.
