The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining good client relations and securing business for the company and to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

A qualified candidate should be self-motivated and have attention to detail, understanding of construction industry processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven sales track record.

Key duties include:

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Providing accurate quotes and description to clientele
  • Quoting and selling within company guidelines, following policies and procedures
  • Ensure all emails sent and received, and calls made to the customer are recorded in CRM system
  • Ensure required touch points / calls are achieved each month
  • Sending out quotes on time
  • Following up calls to accounts as per agreed upon times
  • Handing orders to Sales Support in a timely manner
  • Pricing competitively
  • Quoting and selling within company guidelines, following policies and procedures
  • Record all sales and touch points in CRM
  • Follow-up on all opportunities
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
