The Opportunity:
The Team Lead role is designed for team members ready to take on greater leadership within the team. In this position, you’ll oversee a group of talent managers, support their development, and ensure high performance across your pod, while still managing a select roster of talent. You’ll also take on market responsibilities and contribute to strategic decision-making alongside leadership. This role is a key stepping stone toward Head of Talent, offering exposure to cross-functional initiatives and preparing you to lead at a broader scale.
What you would be doing:
Team Management:
- Manage team of ATMs & TM I, II
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly meetings with TM I, II
- Flag when team members meet promotion markers
- Help onboard and train new employees assigned to you
- Project manage any assignments your team is responsible for
- Lead group touch bases bi-weekly
- Assist the team with talent and client escalations
- Review and approve trials and new talent materials
- Implement check-ins with trial and exclusive talent
- Handle talent transitions for your team
- Team Reporting:
- Track team billings & strategize for growth
- Track talent actuals: goals & strategize for growth
- Track & analyze the team's proactive pitching efforts
- Submit billing reports to Director at mid-month, EOM, and EOQ
- Flag gaps in training to Director
- Ensure Talent EOQ Reports are completed on time and with accuracy
- Market Responsibilities:
- Lead status in the weeks opposite to your group touch base
Talent Management:
- Manage 5-6 talent (trial/exclusive)
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of the campaign (sales through campaign execution)
- Form & maintain relationships with brands and agencies
- Form & maintain relationships with prospective talent
Other:
- Consult on new processes, the creation of new training
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, Casting, and HR to ensure alignment on talent needs, operational goals, and team support initiatives
- Additional tasks to support the company’s growth as directed by Management
Compensation:
- Salary: $89,000
