What you would be doing:
This role may support an experienced talent manager with an established roster by managing campaign execution. Once a partnership has been secured, the JTM is responsible for making sure it goes off without a hitch. Similar to the Associate Talent Manager role, JTMs act as liaisons between the talent and the client and are responsible for keeping both up to date as the partnership evolves.
JTMs will support on anywhere from six to ten talent and across an average of 50 campaigns each month. For each campaign, this can include but is not limited to: reviewing content against the brief, submitting content to the client for approval, making sure edits requested by the client are carried out, ensuring the talent has everything they need to post, and submitting insights.
JTMs that are confident in their ability to navigate the lifecycle of a campaign will begin to establish a roster of their own that complements the agency’s larger roster and resonates with our network of brands and agencies. For talent they represent independently, JTMs will take the lead on strategy, pitching, inbound leads, and negotiation, as well as campaign execution.
