The Opportunity:

Shine Talent Group is looking for Associate Talent Managers to grow the team. We have the ability to hire remotely so the applicants can be based in the U.S., Canadian, or UK markets.


This individual will be managing, negotiating and securing brand partnerships for a number of exclusive lifestyle Influencers and growing Shine's North American network of agencies and brands.


We genuinely love the talent we represent and the team who represents them, so it is important that our new team member is able to jump in and completely embrace this role and be part of Team Shine.


What you would be doing:

Admin:

  • Schedule talent bi-weekly calls
  • Prepare meeting agendas
  • Take notes during meetings
  • Prepare week at a glance emails
  • Ensure talent materials are accurate and up to date (i.e. profile on Shine website, media kit)
  • Keep Google Drive up to date
  • Format Talent Reports (EOQ, EOY)


Campaign Execution:

  • Update the campaign status
  • Handle communication with both the talent + the client
  • Ensure your talent manager is across all campaigns by providing detailed updates
  • Have an intimate understanding of all campaign briefs
  • Review content against the campaign brief + flag any discrepancies with the talent manager
  • Submit content to the client
  • Summarize brand/agency feedback and with approval from your talent manager, share with the talent
  • Add campaign dates (i.e. due dates and live dates) to your talent's Google Calendar
  • Send day-of posting reminders to the talent
  • Ensure content is posted on time and with accuracy
  • Update the campaign status in the Thread to "Live to Invoice"
  • Submit insights to the client


Other:

  • Supports execution of greater company initiatives
  • Support the talent manager in casting for the roster and on-boarding trial talent
  • Support the talent manager throughout the pitching process by brainstorming ideas, pulling contacts, and drafting pitches
  • Additional tasks to support the company’s growth as directed by Management

We would be impressed if you...

  • Have experience with Influencer Relations and/or campaign management
  • Have 1 year of agency experience
  • Have completed an internship within the Influencer Relations industry.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a passion for the world of social media and digital marketing
  • Have a proven track record of strong communication skills, organization, and proactive thinking

Compensation:

    • Salary: $47,250
    • Work From Home & Cellphone Allowance
