Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Job Description

This is a Remote Work position open across Canada

  • Research and identification of relevant marketing opportunities and events.
  • Document creation including research, writing, proof reading, editing, and managing content updates for presentations, communications material, and web content (
  • Sourcing, meeting, and communicating with suppliers for execution of planned events including webinars, panel, tradeshows and speaking opportunities.
  • Participate in pre-sales and sales activities.
  • Planning and organizing training activities.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Creativity, Attention to detail.
  • Customer oriented; analysis and synthesis, good judgement.
  • Ability to multi-task; Time management / Organizational skills.
  • Must have an interest and an understanding of technology.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure.
  • Must be able to work independently.


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Good knowledge of technology


  • Bachelor of Communications, Marketing or English (or Students entering
  • final year of their undergraduate degree) OR an acceptable equivalent in education and experience.
  • Asset: Minor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics
