This is a Remote Work position open across Canada.

The Client Engagement Lead is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. The Client Engagement Lead has accountability over the delivery of consulting products and services necessary for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of our clients’ quality (QMS) and information security management systems (ISMS).

The responsibilities include:

  • Establish and create project deliverables and timelines based on the clients, legal and internal requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate delivery timelines with the internal team and the client to maintain accurate delivery plans.
  • Actively participate in the creation of client documentation, records and artifacts necessary to maintain the management systems in scope.
  • Coordinate meetings and communication with client, staff and service providers to create and maintain deliverables associated with the client management system's activities.
  • Provide leadership and on-going operational support for all the aspects of the engagements under his supervision.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to continually optimize the delivery WBS and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must:

- Hold a university degree and have at least three years relevant experience in the North American or EU market in quality or security management.

- Have at least three years practical experience in managing accounts and delivering management services to B2B corporate clients. Experience in delivering to the US/Canada legal services or engineering markets is a plus.

- Have at least one year of working in a certified management system environment such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or have practical experience in implementing or auditing SOC/AICPA.

- Hold at least one of the following certifications and have at least two years work experience in practicing the specific designation:

  • Certified Management Consultant designation.
  • Information security designation such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CISA or CISM.
  • Project management professional (PMP) from PMI.
  • Internal or lead auditor certification for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or any relevant international standard.
  • Certified trainer with Exemplar Global (former RABQSA) or any relevant accredited training organization.
  • CCA , CBAP, CCBA, CBDA or any relevant certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
  • Certified Risk Manager or Canadian Risk Manager designation from the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).

The candidate must be authorized to work in Canada.
