We will continue to build upon the rapid growth that STN video has seen over the past 5 years.

  • We will further strengthen STN’s industry-leading roster of publishing partners by providing a best in class video platform that delivers amazing technology, the best content in the industry, and substantial ad revenues;
  • We’ll work strategically to help our partners develop and deliver industry-leading online video experiences;
  • We will build STN video into the world’s online video platform.


You will lead all publisher focused business development efforts at STN Video; managing, coaching, and nurturing a team to expand the STN video platform across new publishers. Reporting to the Cheif Revenue Officer, you'll:

  • You’ll collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer, and senior business development leads on the overall business development strategy;
  • You’ll create, automate and improve processes that accelerate sales and new business growth;
  • Partner with Marketing to generate demand and execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) tactics;
  • You’ll travel to conferences, trade shows, and meetings to promote the STN video platform to the digital publishing industry;
  • Create, automate and improve processes that accelerate sales and new business growth.

There are no cold calls in the publishing industry with STN, only warm calls based on our established reputation and success helping other publishers thrive in digital video. You will drive a process to move publishers along the sales funnel - from identifying them all the way to implementation of the STN platform across their website(s), where you will assist in the handoff to account managers. You’ll experience firsthand that a strong understanding of the unique decision process of each partner will be the key to your success.


You’ll have a great curiosity to deepen your knowledge of STN Video and the digital video publishing and ad tech industries we serve. You are hungry to deliver against high growth targets.

  • You’ll bring dedication and creativity, which will allow you to navigate a complex sales cycle using a high-trust consultative sales approach. You will have a solid history of collaboration and succeeding in a team environment;
  • Strong management skills, including proven ability to support the management, coaching, mentoring and development of a team to optimum performance;
  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding new business and revenue targets.


You are a seasoned business development professional with digital media, ad sales, or video platform experience.

  • You bring 10+ years of experience developing and leading high-performance sales and business development teams.
  • You live and breath CRMs such as Salesforce to efficiently manage your team’s performance and use KPIs to continually improve performance;
  • You’re a strategic thinker and strong communicator capable of closing deals all the way up to the C-Level of major media organizations;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • You have strong analytical and strategic abilities - are a team player with a growth mindset and drive to win
