We’re currently searching for an experienced and driven individual to join our team in the role of Business Development Manager . Armed with a deep understanding of our delivery model, you will be a key member of the team that focused on driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Carrying and delivering on monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Driving growth through partner channels in key segments of the Information Security Industry.
  • Identifying strategic partners and working to qualify, develop and build alliances with these organizations.
  • Working to ensure partner organizations enhance the value of our combined solution.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, product development and customer success to ensure that our partners have the right tools and support.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a natural leader that’s comfortable with being accountable for delivering results under pressure. The role is a good fit for competitive individuals that work efficiently and enjoy smashing growth targets.

Core skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 5 year’s business development and/or sales experience gained in a partner-facing, customer-centric capacity
  • Determined, career minded professionals with a desire for career advancement
  • A record of articulating propositions and concepts to senior management and directors
  • Must be a continual self-motivated learner: Online courses, books, blogs, PodCasts, conferences etc.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work on a variety of assignments as defined by current priorities.

Preference may be given to candidates with:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Information Security Industry
  • Experience working in a startup culture
