Customer Success Manager

We are searching for an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will align with customers’ desired outcomes ensuring ongoing and ever-improving value from the Securicy platform. You will serve as the liaison between the customer and the Securicy team, streamlining collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and others.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Engage Premium customers proactively with onboarding and strategy calls to drive value and usage across Securicy’s platform.
  • Partner with our customers in turning customer goals into actionable objectives
  • Know the Securicy platform and use cases in order to guide the customer
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on Securicy releases and features
  • Own a book of assigned Premium customers, with a focus on increasing adoption, ensuring retention and growth, and overall customer satisfaction
  • As the voice of the customer, partner with internal and external teams to maintain and grow customer investment across our platform
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to the application which benefit the customer
  • Solve problems with curiosity and creativity
  • Invest in relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the information security industry or SaaS businesses.
  • Familiarity working with small- to medium-sized business customers
  • Aptitude for learning software
  • Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to set, achieve and exceed goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Project Management, or equivalent history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Prior experience managing customer facing implementation projects, customer service, account management or customer success
  • Knowledge of security standards, practices, tools, or applications, and data privacy regulations
