Mobile and app development Experience (preferrably SAAS and Ecommerce focus)

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design

5-7 years of experience as Team Lead

Ability to do research and find inspirations for new features

Ability to work full time and in EST times for live editing

Ability to create wireframes, design systems, branding documents

Expert on Figma

Familiar with softwares like Asana and Slack

Working experience with design systems, program background.
