We are currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated Video Field Service Technician to join our team in Orlando, Florida.

Tasks

· Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing of LED video systems and equipment.

· Answers customer questions and resolves issues. Refers other issues/questions to appropriate personnel/service area/manager for follow up, testing and troubleshooting.

· Assists in instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.

· Acts as a liaison with customers on technical matters for assigned projects.

· Talk to customers and schedule service calls.

· Install, troubleshoot, and repair.

· Train customers on operation and maintenance of equipment.

· Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in person, by telephone, email, etc.

Work productively both independently and in a group.

Requirements

· Touring and Concert Industry experience (nice to have).

· Theme Park Maintenance experience (nice to have).

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

· Good understanding of electronics, LED based systems, video, and DMX.

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.

· Able to read blueprints/floor plans (nice to have).

· Able to read simple mechanical, electrical, and instructional documentation.

· Able to climb a ladder and work in high places.

· Able to lift 50lbs.

· Understand connect signals and power cables.

· Basic knowledge of AC/DC power and installation.

· Understand and use established safety requirements.

· Able to competently use basic hand tools and electric tools.

Understand customer installation requirements.
