KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consumer Content (Runners)
- Create social and blog content aligned with RunReady’s brand voice that helps runners better understand their body, training, and footwear.
- Create educational content explaining RunReady concepts such as Movement Mechanics, Absorb Bounce Stability, and footwear matching.
- Support storytelling around RunReady services including Movement Assessments, Race Prep classes, and follow-up care.
- Develop content formats that showcase runner progress, insights, and outcomes from the RunReady system.
- Support promotion and storytelling around Race Prep programs and RunReady Studio services.
- Help translate technical running and movement concepts into clear and engaging content for everyday runners.
Health-Industry Content (Practioners, Coaches, Partners)
- Support content that speaks to practitioners, coaches, and professional audiences interested in the RunReady system.
- Help develop content for initiatives such as Inside RunReady education sessions, webinars, and professional events.
- Support storytelling around the development of the RunReady system and insights from the RunReady team.
- Assist with content related to certification programs and professional education initiatives.
- Support employer brand content that highlights working at RunReady Studio.
- Help position RunReady as a leader in running health, performance, and movement science.
Content Creation and Production
- Support the production and capture of content across studio sessions, assessments, and programming.
- Assist with filming short-form content including demonstrations, educational clips, and studio moments.
- Help organize and execute content capture during Race Prep classes, studio sessions, and events.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, creators, and editors to ensure content moves through production smoothly.
- Support content shoots and help ensure strong capture opportunities are identified.
- Ensure content assets are organized and ready for editing and publishing.
Social Media Execution and Channel Management
- Help manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and email channels.
- Schedule posts and ensure consistent and timely publishing across platforms.
- Adapt content formats for different channels when needed.
- Monitor comments and engagement where appropriate while maintaining the RunReady brand voice.
- Encourage and reshare user-generated content related to RunReady experiences and progress.
- Support distribution of content aligned with the RunReady marketing calendar and campaigns.
Content Organization and Support
- Keep creative assets, research materials, campaign files, and production folders organized and accessible.
- Assist with reviewing content for clarity, tone, and brand alignment.
- Maintain documentation for content formats, messaging frameworks, and campaign plans.
- Track and document campaign learnings to improve future storytelling and content performance.
- Support a clear and efficient content workflow from concept to publication.
Trend Research and Idea Support
- Monitor trends across running, performance training, movement science, and digital storytelling.
- Bring ideas and inspiration to weekly marketing and content meetings.
- Support development of new content formats and storytelling series.
- Stay curious about new platforms, tools, and formats that improve content creation and distribution.
What You Bring
- Three to four years of experience in content, social media, or brand storytelling roles.
- Strong ability to translate complex topics about running, movement, and performance into clear content that resonates with runners while remaining credible to clinicians and coaches.
- Comfort creating content across formats including short-form video, educational posts, and social storytelling.
- Ability to organize production workflows and coordinate creative contributors.
- Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Interest in running, movement science, training, footwear, or performance culture.
- Comfort using modern tools and AI platforms to support research, writing, and content development.
Key Areas of Focus
- Support growth and engagement across RunReady’s content channels.
- Help deliver high-quality educational content that explains the RunReady system.
- Support storytelling around Race Prep programs, studio assessments, and runner progress.
- Assist with professional-facing content including education sessions, webinars, and certification initiatives.
- Ensure content aligns with RunReady’s marketing calendar and brand priorities.
Skills Required
Software
Klayvio, CapCut, Canva, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
AI Tools
Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM, Grok, or similar tools for additional research, ideation, writing, and content development.
Social Platforms
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and social scheduling tools.
Production
Ability to operate filming equipment such as mobile cameras, DJI cameras, lav microphones, and portable lighting.
Writing
Strong caption writing, script writing, article writing, email writing and educational storytelling ability.
