RouteThis is a funded startup in downtown Kitchener whose time has come to grow the team to the next level. We’re on a mission to help companies intelligently automate their support teams.
If you’ve had to call into tech support, and been frustrated by long call queues, unhelpful agents or unresolved issues, you know the pain that RouteThis addresses.
Who we’re looking for:
RouteThis is looking for highly motivated individuals to fill a key role in acquiring new customers and providing exceptional customer experience. As a member of the RouteThis team you’ll be responsible for connecting with warm leads, understanding their challenges and driving deals through to close. You will work closely with the company’s founders to continuously improve the sales process, increase market penetration and crush your quota.
If you’re highly motivated, intelligent and have had prior sales experience (or are in a sales adjacent role and want to take the leap), we should be in touch.

As an Account Executive, you will:
- Articulate the RouteThis vision and value proposition to prospective clients
- Meet specified monthly/quarterly targets for deal progression through the pipeline
- Effectively navigate external organizations, getting key stakeholders bought in at all levels (users through to executives)
- Manage prospects and deals within Hubspot
- Work with the marketing and product teams to help provide feedback based on customer interactions in emails and calls
- Other duties as required
To be an effective team member, you will:
- 3+ years relevant work experience in B2B or non-transactional B2C sales
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly coachable
- Thrive in a fast paced, self starting environment
- Have the ability to efficiently prioritize time
- University or College degree/diploma with excellence in your field of study, ideally: Sales, Marketing, Business or Communications
