Marketing and Communications Coordinator


Responsible for implementation, propagation and execution of internal and external communication throughout the organization, ensuring all activities are in line with the corporate Marketing & Communication strategy. Support the organization and enhance our brand awareness and image.


Duties:

Strategic

  • Align with management team to develop our branding exercise
  • Execution of internal branding and communication initiatives
  • Development and execution of external branding and communication activities
  • Implement best practices in the area of Marketing & Communication/Brand Recognition
  • Champion initiatives that help the organization in its activities (lead generation, awareness, business development)
  • Develop and implement marketing approach/plan which leads to new leads/relationships and supports increase of opportunities


Operational

  • Manage content for (not limited to) technical writing, project videos and website/digital, social media, case studies, etc.
  • Maintains, updates and takes ownership of the content on the internal and external websites
  • Communicate qualitative and accurate information to all relevant target groups in the most efficient and effective way possible
  • Assure all internal and external communication is correct and reaches target group.
  • Production and distribution of internal communications such as internal newsletters
  • Create calendar of corporate communications
  • Conceive, plan, write and edit communications
  • Ensure Rotaflow is connected via social media with target groups which are relevant for our (internal) requirements & for reaching our target audience
  • Regular reporting on customer satisfaction (monthly/quarterly) and brand awareness + adequate follow up
  • Reports to management on relevant developments, (internal) research and advises management on trends and recommendations
  • Pre-event organization; Post-event follow up; compile & analyze feedback

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma, in Communication or Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years in Communication or Marketing
  • Previous experience in similar field
